Now that summer is here, are you looking to get bikini and beach body ready? Get rid of that muffin top and get fab abs by completing this month-long, core-based fitness challenge!
How to Do the Fitness Challenge:
- Begin each day’s workout with a 5-minute cardio warm-up and cool down. You can choose to jog in place, power walk, run, etc.
- There is no time limit for each day’s fitness assignment, so you have the entire day to complete it.
- If the assigned number of repetitions or seconds, for each exercise, is too easy or hard, you can adjust them accordingly. You know your body best!
- When applicable, you can use a dumbbell or medicine ball while completing certain exercises for an added challenge. Additionally, you can even use ankle weights to double the workload.
- Be sure to stay hydrated before, during and after the workout.
