Fab Abs! June Fitness Challenge

Now that summer is here, are you looking to get bikini and beach body ready? Get rid of that muffin top and get fab abs by completing this month-long, core-based fitness challenge!

How to Do the Fitness Challenge:

  • Begin each day’s workout with a 5-minute cardio warm-up and cool down. You can choose to jog in place, power walk, run, etc.
  • There is no time limit for each day’s fitness assignment, so you have the entire day to complete it.
  • If the assigned number of repetitions or seconds, for each exercise, is too easy or hard, you can adjust them accordingly. You know your body best!
  • When applicable, you can use a dumbbell or medicine ball while completing certain exercises for an added challenge. Additionally, you can even use ankle weights to double the workload.
  • Be sure to stay hydrated before, during and after the workout.
