You’ll need 10 to 15 pound dumbbells, depending on your current fitness level, as well as a mat. Do the required sets of exercises with short rest periods (20 seconds) in-between them for maximum efficiency.

As you get stronger and the circuit gets easier for you, you’ll need to do more reps and/or slightly increase the weight of the dumbbells you use. Remember that for toned arms you should be able to do about 18 reps with your choice dumbbell weight.

1. Tricep Extensions

This workout will leave you toned, taut triceps.

2. Overhead Press

The overhead press is an efficient means of ridding your arms of jiggle.

3. Dumbbell Hammer Curl With Shoulder Press

4. Rear Delt Dumbbell Flies

As its name suggests, this compound exercise is a combination of a rear fly and press back.

5. Diamond Leg Pushups
