  1. Position yourself on the yoga mat by lying down on your back.
  2. Roll over onto your right side, and stretch your body out into a straight line.
  3. Bend your right elbow and bring your right hand up to your head. Place your hand under your head in such a way that your fingers are angled towards the chin.
  4. Flex both feet, bend your left knee and use your left hand reach out to grab your big toe.
  5. Now extend the left leg up towards the ceiling while still holding on to the big toe. Try to straighten out your leg as much as possible.
  6. The challenge is to maintain your balance on your right side without rolling over.
  7. Maintain the sleeping Vishnu yoga pose for at least 30 seconds to 1minute.
