Are you looking to lean out? And get a great body? When you're short on time but still want to get in a good sweat session, "Work It" circuit is just what you need! This circuit routine consists of 5-moves and be completed in 4-rounds, and this four-round circuit gets progressively more challenging with each round. Get ready to be doing a series of different weight training exercises in a row.
