Some people are blessed with a great body and a good weight, while other people struggle to keep weight off and maintain and healthy frame. It may be difficult to get on the scale, but knowing your numbers is important to meeting your goal. Take the challenge, find your weight, calculate your BMI, and know your statistics. Try these 10 ways to maintain your ideal weight.

Find Your BMI

If you are overweight, it can be intimidating to get on the scale and calculate your fat level. BMI stands for Body Mass Index. Calculating your BMI is the first step in knowing what your ideal weight is and how much extra weight you are caring.

Know Your Ideal Weight

At the end of the day, smile, and be happy. There is a link between happiness and weight loss. We all have something (or someone) that make us feel complete and content. Take time for vacations, outings, and family fun. Find a good masseuse, get a facial, pedicure, and manicure. Take time for you.

Besides all of the above, get plenty of sleep, too. After you find out your outside numbers (weight, BMI, RMR), find out your inside numbers. What’s going on inside.
