Fitness model Jessica Arevalo (@jessicaarevalo_) and her professional-poker-player boyfriend, Garrett Greer (@GarrettJGreer), are making a name for themselves in the online fitness community by posting their couple-workout videos on Instagram.

What makes this duo different is that Garrett is in a wheelchair — but that doesn’t stop him from getting his sweat on with his girl.

Garrett was paralyzed from a neck injury back in 2010. Despite the fact that the 31-year-old can’t move his lower body and has limited function of his upper body, he says that his strengthening workouts with Jessica have really helped him feel confident and strong.

“It feels good to be doing something active,” he says.

Meanwhile, Jessica 31, has always been a fitness buff. She picked up bodybuilding in her late 20s and is one of Instagram’s biggest #fitspiration influencers, having amassed more than 2.6 million followers.

It was Jessica who encouraged Garrett to post his workouts on Instagram. The couple’s most popular video shows the bikini model spotting Garrett lifting weights as she straddles him. It quickly went viral last year, with nearly 1 million views on her channel.

Now, the couple have moved in together, and Garrett says he’s back into his five-days-a-week training regimen, all thanks to his best friend’s support.

We’re not crying, you’re crying… it looks like these two will be #SwoleMates for life.
