1. Seasoned Grilled Romaine

Ingredients:

  • Head of Romaine lettuce
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Balsamic vinegar

Directions:

  1. Pull the leaves of romaine lettuce off of the head.
  2. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Place directly on a hot grill one minute.
