Unless we say otherwise, all these smoothies are dump and go, meaning that all you have to do is put the ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
1. PB&J Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 packets Truvia or Stevia
- 25 organic green grapes
- ½ cup peanut flour
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions:
In a high-speed blender, add the Greek yogurt, milk, sweetener and grapes. Blend until you no longer see the grape skins. Add the peanut flour and ice and blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.

Instructions:
Microwave water on high until steaming hot in a small bowl. Add tea bag and allow to brew three minutes. Remove tea bag. Stir honey into tea until it dissolves. Combine berries, banana and milk in a blender with ice crushing ability. Add tea to blender. Blend ingredients on ice crush or highest setting until smooth. (Some blenders may require additional water to process the mixture.) Pour smoothie into a tall glass and serve.
