Maybe you aren’t big on sitting down for breakfast, or you’re in too much of a hurry in the mornings to have a bite before you scurry out the door. For those hectic days, smoothies are a great option. They’re quick, simple and will carry you over until lunch.

Unless we say otherwise, all these smoothies are dump and go, meaning that all you have to do is put the ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
