1. Slow Cooker Beef Stew

This classic dish, rich in flavor and oh-so-filling, is made even simpler with the use of your trusty slow cooker. You’ll walk in to your kitchen after a long day and be greeted by the most mouth-watering smell. Though it’s plenty satisfying on its own, if you have time to make up a batch of these Gluten Free Pumpkin Corn Muffins as a side dish, you’ll be very happy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. grass fed organic beef
  • Sea salt
  • Light olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup fresh pearl onions
  • 3 gold potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cup dry red table wine
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 teaspoons dried Italian or French herbs (thyme, sage, rosemary, basil, etc)

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 sweet or yellow onion

  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fine grain sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

4. Gluten-Free Roasted Tomato Pizza
