Cut Out Acidic Foods

Speaking of caffeine, acidic foods as a whole should be eliminated for a proper detox. Acidic foods like caffeine, sodas, and alcohol are dehydrating to the body – they are great in moderation, but not to be consumed 24/7. Replacing these drinks with water, green tea, or a nice detoxifying smoothie will quench your thirst and replenish your body at the same time!
