regularly eat breakfast are more successful when dieting, and are more
productive throughout the day. Children who eat breakfast are more likely to
have better grades and attendance in school too. The biggest obstacle is that
making breakfast can seem like a chore – but it doesn’t have to be! Breakfast
can be really simple, easy and salutary with the right ingredients.

Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are rapidly gaining popularity amongst
the masses because of their many health benefits. These seeds have fiber,
omega-3s, protein, and calcium, which is ideal in any health regimen. These
seeds can be eaten with oatmeal, yogurt, cereal or can even be added to your
juice, tea or coffee!

Blueberries

Blueberries are full of antioxidants and fiber,
which is a wonderful health booster! Blueberries can be eaten with cereal,
oatmeal and pancakes to give your breakfast extra flavor and nutrition.

Nuts

Need a boost of protein in the
morning? Go nuts! Great breakfast nuts include walnuts, peanuts and almonds.
Simply sprinkling these on top of your oatmeal, in your cereal, or in your

even fight bad breath by decreasing the amount of bacteria in the mouth. Greek
yogurt can be eaten alone, put into a smoothie, or combined with fruit to make
a parfait.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon packs some serious punch for
being so simple to sprinkle on. Cinnamon is proven to lower blood sugar and
pressure levels, while also helping you keep your calorie count down (use it
instead of sugar!). Simply adding cinnamon to your cereal, oatmeal or French
toast can help get you morning started in the right direction.
