March 21 – April 20

Traits: You are a natural entrepreneur. You enjoy beginning new ventures and forging ahead.

Foods: To forge ahead, you need energy. A cup of coffee is usually your drink of choice, but beware. Too much caffeine can impale your perception and make you too hyper. The best time to drink caffeine is between 9:30 am and 11:30 am. Over-the-top caffeinated sports drinks should be avoided as well as added sugar and milk.


April 21 – May 21

Traits: You are a tight-wad. Yes, you like the finer things in life, but you are frugal.
