  • Butter without salt | 2.00 tbsp
  • Lean ham, sliced | 1.50 package, 2.5 oz 1 NLEA serving
  • Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shoyu, low sodium | 0.25 cup
  • Almonds | 0.25 cup, slivered
  • Salt | 0.25 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • White rice, long grain, cooked | 3.00 cup
