  • Dried coconut flakes | 1.25 cup
  • Almonds | 20.00 almond
  • Dark chocolate bar | 18.00 oz
  • Butter without salt | 4.00 tbsp
  • heavy whipping cream | 0.33 cup, whipped

  1. In a small saucepan, over med-low heat, heat cream and butter until hot.
  2. Turn heat off, and stir in chocolate bar (coarsley chopped) until melted. Chill chocolate in freezer or fridge until firm.
  3. Roll chocolate into 20 balls and place almonds (toasted) in centers of them. Roll truffles in coconut if desired.
