  • Apple(s) without skin, raw | 2.00 medium 3" dia
  • Carrots, raw | 2.00 cup grated
  • Watercress, raw | 1.00 cup, chopped
  • Alfalfa seeds, sprouted, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • French salad dressing reduced fat | 0.50 cup
  • Lettuce, green leaf, raw | 1.00 leaf inner
  • Seedless raisins | 0.25 cup, packed
