  • Apples, raw, with skin | 1.00 small 2-3/4" dia
  • Drinking tap water | 2.00 tbsp
  • Raspberries, raw | 0.25 cup
  • Low fat yogurt | 3.00 tbsp

  1. Put together the apple and water in a blender; blend for 1 minute. Now put all the raspberries except 3 of them in the blender and blend further 30 seconds.
  2. Now put the yogurt and then blend 1 minute more. Now put the ice cubes in a glass and then ladle over the smoothie.
  3. Decorate with the raspberries and then serve.
