  • Apple(s) without skin, raw | 1.00 medium 3" dia
  • unsweetened canned apple juice | 1.00 cup
  • Apricots, raw | 8.00 apricot
  • Bananas, raw | 2.00 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long
  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 1.50 cup 8 fl oz
