Ingredients

  • Egg, whole, raw | 4.00 small
  • Whole milk | 3.00 cup
  • Apple(s) without skin, raw | 2.00 cup slices
  • Italian bread | 6.00 cup
  • Granulated sugar | 0.50 cup
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 1.00 tsp

Instructions

  1. Dice the apples. In a bowl; put together the apples and bread.
  2. In another bowl; place eggs, vanilla, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Whisk them together.
  3. Now add the apples and bread, and mix again completely.
  4. Take 11×7 inch pan. Ladle the mixture into the pan and then place this pan into a bigger pan.
  5. Now fill the big pan with 1 inch of water. Place in the oven and bake for 60 minutes at 350°F.
  6. Serve.
