Ingredients

  • Apples, raw, with skin | 3.00 medium 3" dia
  • Powdered sugar | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 0.50 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cover a baking pan with a piece of parchment paper.
  2. Peel, core and cut apple into thin slices.
  3. Place apple slices on parchment in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in a 200F oven for 1 hour.
  5. After an hour, loosen the apple slices from the parchment paper so that they don't stick.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another hour or so, until the apple slices have started to curl.
