- Core the apples and then chop them.
- Blend all the ingredients in one go in a saucepan. Mix well.
- Bring this mixture to boil. Lower the heat and cover. Let your Apple Chutney boil for 40 minutes at a low flame.
- Remove the cover and let it continue cooking for a 2 minutes longer. The idea is to allow extra fluid to go away.
- Let this mixture sit in the fridge for 2 weeks, then serve alongside your favorite meals.
