  • Dried cranberries/craisins, sweetened | 0.50 cup
  • Apples, raw, with skin | 1.00 medium 3" dia
  • Romaine lettuce, raw | 5.00 cup shredded
  • green onions tops | 0.25 cup chopped
  • Ranch salad dressing | 0.25 cup

Instructions
