- Grate the apple and onion; finely chop the hazelnuts; dice the bacon.
- Fry onion till soft, in butter and add spices, apple and cranberries. Fry for a few minutes and stir in breadcrumbs, hazelnuts and egg. Divide the mixture in two equal portions.
- Add a little butter to a pan and fry bacon. Take one portion of mixture and mix in the bacon.
- Pack both the portions in separate ovenproof dishes, dotted with butter. Take out turkey from the oven and place potatoes on top of stuffing; bake for 30-40 min.
