Ingredients

  • Egg, whole, raw | 2.00 small
  • Granulated sugar | 1.00 cup
  • Brown sugar | 1.00 cup packed
  • Butter without salt | 1.00 cup
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Baking soda | 1.00 tsp
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 1.00 tbsp
  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified | 2.00 cup
  • Quick Oats, Dry, cereal | 2.00 cup
  • Pecans | 1.00 cup, chopped
  • Apple(s) without skin, raw | 0.50 cup slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a midsized bowl. Put to one side.
  2. With an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar in large bowl until feather light.
  3. Throw in the eggs and vanilla & mix thoroughly.
  4. Steadily beat in the flour mixture until well mixed.
  5. Add in your oats, pecans and apples.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the baking sheets with a round spoon.
  7. Place in the oven for 10 -15 minutes. Allow it to cool off for a few minutes.
  8. Once slightly cooled, remove to wire tracks and allow it to completely cool off.
