Ingredients

  • Unsweetened gelatin mix | 1.00 envelope 1 tbsp
  • Apple(s) without skin, raw | 1.00 cup slices
  • Seedless grapes, raw | 0.50 cup
  • Celery, raw | 0.25 cup chopped
  • unsweetened canned apple juice | 1.00 cup

Instructions

  1. Soften 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved.
  3. Add apple juice. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
  4. Stir in fruit and celery. Pour into 3-cup mold.
  5. Chill until set.
