  • Celery, raw | 4.00 stalk, medium 7-1/2" - 8" long
  • Lemon juice, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Apples, raw, with skin | 1.00 lb
  • Mayonnaise, diet, cholesterol free | 0.50 cup
  • English walnuts | 3.00 oz 14 halves
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. Slice the celery stalks; toast the walnuts and then coarsely chop them; dice the apples. In a medium bowl; put the apples and lemon juice and toss them well.
