Ingredients

  • Low fat sour cream | 0.66 cup
  • Artichokes, globe or french, boiled, drained, without salt | 2.00 cup hearts
  • Frozen spinach | 1.00 package 10 oz
  • Parmesan cheese, low sodium | 2.00 cup, grated
  • Low fat cream cheese | 1.00 cup
  • Mayonnaise without salt | 0.33 cup
  • Garlic, raw | 0.66 tbsp, chopped

Instructions

  1. Chop the artichoke hearts and spinach.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Combine Parmesan cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts in a bowl.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients in the spinach mixture and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Dip can be served with toasted bread or crackers.
