  • Avocados, raw | 1.00 avocado, NS as to Florida or California
  • Condensed milk, sweetened | 0.50 cup
  • Low fat milk, with vitamin A and D | 0.50 cup

  1. Scoop the ripe avocado (peeled and pitted) flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the 2 cups of crushed ice cubes, condensed milk, and the least amount of non-fat milk; puree until completely smooth.
  3. Taste and add additional milk if a thinner consistency is desired. "NOTE: use the maximum amount of milk to get the desired consistency"
  4. Serve chilled.
  5. Pour into two (2) tall glasses and enjoy!
