  • Mangos, raw | 1.00 fruit without refuse
  • Avocados, raw | 1.00 avocado, NS as to Florida or California
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 4.00 medium whole 2-3/5" dia
  • Peppers, jalapeno, raw | 1.00 pepper
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 0.50 Cup
  • Garlic, raw | 3.00 Tbsp
  • Salt | 1.00 tsp
  • Salt | 2.00 tbsp
  • Onions raw | 0.25 cup, chopped
  • Olive oil | 3.00 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, remove the seeds and then dice it; peel the avocado, pit and then dice it; dice the tomatoes; remove the seeds of the jalapeno pepper and then mince it; chop the cilantro leaves; mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Put together the tomatoes, mango, cilantro, avocado and garlic in a medium bowl. Now add the lime juice, onion, salt and olive oil, stir.
  3. Let refrigerate for about 30 minutes to develop the flavor. Serve.
