- Peel the mango, remove the seeds and then dice it; peel the avocado, pit and then dice it; dice the tomatoes; remove the seeds of the jalapeno pepper and then mince it; chop the cilantro leaves; mince the garlic cloves.
- Put together the tomatoes, mango, cilantro, avocado and garlic in a medium bowl. Now add the lime juice, onion, salt and olive oil, stir.
- Let refrigerate for about 30 minutes to develop the flavor. Serve.
