- Boil salted water in a saucepan, cook the noodles for 5 minutes or until done. Drain thoroughly.
- In a large frying pan, put together salt, cream cheese and egg yolks. Cook gently while stirring till the mixture begins to set.
- Add noodles to pan, toss quickly until coated well. Remove from heat and dish out in a serving dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper when serving!
