  • Cream cheese | 4.00 oz
  • Egg, yolk, raw | 2.00 large
  • Cheese, parmesan, grated | 2.00 tbsp

  1. Boil salted water in a saucepan, cook the noodles for 5 minutes or until done. Drain thoroughly.
  2. In a large frying pan, put together salt, cream cheese and egg yolks. Cook gently while stirring till the mixture begins to set.
  3. Add noodles to pan, toss quickly until coated well. Remove from heat and dish out in a serving dish.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper when serving!
