Ingredients

  • Cabbage, raw | 0.50 head, small about 4-1/2" dia
  • Carrots, raw | 2.00 small 5-1/2" long
  • green onions tops | 1.50 cup chopped
  • Sweet Green peppers, raw | 1.00 small
  • Seedless raisins | 0.75 cup, packed
  • Mangos, raw | 0.50 cup pieces
  • Papayas, raw | 0.50 cup 1" pieces
  • Granulated sugar | 0.50 oz
  • Olive oil | 3.00 tablespoon
  • Lime juice, raw | 1.00 fl oz
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 0.25 Cup

Instructions

  1. Combine cabbage, carrots, onions, bell pepper, 1/2 cup of the raisins, mango and papaya in large bowl.
  2. Mix sugar, olive oil and lime juice in small bowl.
  3. Add to vegetables and fruit and mix thoroughly.
  4. Turn into serving bowl and garnish with cilantro and remaining 1/4 cup raisins.
