- Preheat the oven at 350*F.Cut the lemon into four segments; set aside. Remove the core from the middle of each apple carefully. With the help of small knife, make the slightly larger hole in the center of each apple.
- In a bowl put the lemon segments and scatter the cinnamon and sugar over.
- After coating, put the lemon wedge into the center of each apple. In a small roasting tin lined with foil, arrange the apples and then bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve with low-fat cream cheese.
