Ingredients

  • White wine | 3.00 fl oz
  • Shallots, raw | 2.00 tbsp chopped
  • Lemon juice, raw | 0.50 fl oz
  • Spices, tarragon, dried | 0.12 tsp, ground
  • White mushrooms raw | 1.00 cup, whole
  • Smoked whitefish | 4.50 oz
  • Lemon peel, raw | 1.00 tbsp
