  • Margarine-like, vegetable oil spread, fat-free, tub | 0.13 cup
  • Plums, raw | 2.00 cup, sliced
  • Ginger root, raw | 1.00 slices 1" dia
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 0.13 tsp
  • Orange(s) | 1.00 fruit 2-5/8" dia
  • Plain biscuits, baked | 2.00 oz
  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified | 0.25 cup

  1. Peel the orange, grate the peel and squeeze the juice of pulp; grate the ginger; set them aside. Preheat oven at 200*F.
  2. Put plums in an oven proof dish. Top with cinnamon, honey, orange peel, ginger and orange juice.
  3. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes. At the same time, combine muesli, spread and flour in a bowl and mix well to form the crumb topping.
  4. Remove from the oven and scatter the crumble mixture over and continue to cook for more 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with low-fat custard.
