- Properly clean the potatoes and set aside. Heat the oven to 350°F. Put all potatoes on a baking tray and bake them for 30-35 minutes, till tender. To check, use a tip of knife.
- When you want to serve, cut each potato from the top and then press gently to open. Take a wooden spoon and create a hole in middle of every potato. To fill up each hole put a little sour cream, then put salt and chives. Serve just when ready.
