  • Spices, nutmeg, ground | 0.13 tsp
  • Ginger root, raw | 0.13 tsp ground

  1. Heat the oven at a temperature of 350?F. Take a large bowl; put together the sugar, banana, mayonnaise and rum in it and beat with the mixer at medium speed until well blended.
  2. Now mix together the flour, oats, coconut flakes, raisins, walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in another bowl, whisk them. Then mix both the mixture together to make dough.
  3. Take a paper-lined baking dish; drop 2 tbsp of the dough onto the dish and do the same until all the dough is used up. Place in the oven and bake for 19 minutes at 350?F until lightly browned.
