- In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar. Add bananas; mix well.
- Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture.
- Fold in candied fruit, raisins and walnuts.
- Transfer to three greased 5-3/4-in. x 3-in. x 2-in. loaf pans.
- Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
