- Peel and halve the bananas lengthways then sliver almonds and soak raisins in rum.
- In a frying pan, melt butter and mix sugar until dissolved.
- Then put bananas and cook for a 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Drizzle cinnamon and nutmeg over the bananas then add rum along with raisins.
- Then scatter over the almonds and serve with chilled ice cream.
