Ingredients

  • Bananas, raw | 4.00 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long
  • Brown sugar | 4.00 tbsp packed
  • Butter without salt | 0.25 cup
  • Seedless golden raisins | 0.25 cup, packed
  • Spices, nutmeg, ground | 0.25 tsp
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 0.25 tsp
  • Almonds | 1.00 oz

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the bananas lengthways then sliver almonds and soak raisins in rum.
  2. In a frying pan, melt butter and mix sugar until dissolved.
  3. Then put bananas and cook for a 2-3 minutes until tender.
  4. Drizzle cinnamon and nutmeg over the bananas then add rum along with raisins.
  5. Then scatter over the almonds and serve with chilled ice cream.
