- Chop the onion and garlic cloves finely.
- In a pan, heat oil, fry chopped onions and garlic till soft. Now stir in the canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, honey, mustard powder and chili powder.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Now let it cool slightly then pour into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Now press through sieve, to have a smooth sauce.
