Ingredients

  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, chili powder | 0.50 tsp
  • Mustard, prepared, yellow | 1.00 tsp
  • Vinegar, distilled | 1.00 tbsp
  • Sauce, worcestershire | 2.00 tbsp
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Onions raw | 1.00 large
  • Palm kernel oil | 0.33 tablespoon
  • Canned tomatoes, packed in tomato juice | 1.00 can

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic cloves finely.
  2. In a pan, heat oil, fry chopped onions and garlic till soft. Now stir in the canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, honey, mustard powder and chili powder.
  3. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Now let it cool slightly then pour into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  5. Now press through sieve, to have a smooth sauce.
