- Preheat the oven at a temperature of 425°F. Cut the ribs into pieces. Take a baking dish; put together the ribs, sugar, soy sauce, and wine, leave to marinade for 3 hours. Now ladle the water to the dish and spread the ribs out in the dish.
- Place the dish in the oven and roast for 15 minutes. Turn over the ribs and then lower down the heat to 375°F and cook for 35 minutes.
