  • Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shoyu | 2.00 tbsp
  • Alcoholic beverage, wine, dessert, sweet | 0.50 fl oz
  • Drinking tap water | 5.00 tbsp

  1. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 425°F. Cut the ribs into pieces. Take a baking dish; put together the ribs, sugar, soy sauce, and wine, leave to marinade for 3 hours. Now ladle the water to the dish and spread the ribs out in the dish.
  2. Place the dish in the oven and roast for 15 minutes. Turn over the ribs and then lower down the heat to 375°F and cook for 35 minutes.
  3. Cut each rib into 4 bite-sized pieces and then arrange them on a serving dish. Ladle over the sauce from the baking dish. Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve 'Barbecue Spare Ribs Recipe' with the chili sauce.
