  1. Chop the onion finely; crush the garlic clove. For sauce: put together the onion, tomato puree, garlic, vinegar, mustard and sauce in a screw-top jar, cover and shake until well mix. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 375?F
  2. Take a large ovenproof dish, put the chicken drumsticks in it and ladle over the sauce. Leave for 2 hours. Cook the chicken in the oven for 25 minutes, turning over during the cooking.
  3. Transfer to the serving plates and serve with the salad.
