Ingredients

  • Ground beef raw | 1.00 lb
  • Chili sauce | 0.50 cup
  • Egg, whole, raw | 1.00 small
  • Bread crumbs, dry | 0.25 cup
  • Spices, thyme, dried | 0.25 tsp, leaves
  • Salt | 0.25 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, white | 0.25 tsp, ground

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except 3 tablespoons chili sauce; mix well. Press mixture firmly in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes. Top with 3 tablespoons chili sauce.
  3. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer registers 160°F. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
