Ingredients

  • Shrimp, raw | 1.00 lb
  • Olive oil | 1.00 tablespoon
  • Spices, curry powder | 1.00 tbsp
  • Onions raw | 0.50 cup, chopped
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 1.00 medium whole 2-3/5" dia
  • Drinking tap water | 0.25 cup 8 fl oz
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 tsp

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in a little oil,add in the chopped garlic, sprinkle with curry powder.
  2. Stir in tomato and saute few minutes.
  3. Add shrimp, stir to coat evenly.
  4. When shrimp is done (few minutes), pour in water and stir.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes on low flame to simmer and gravy gets thick.
