Ingredients

  • Bananas, raw | 2.00 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long
  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 2.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Strawberries, raw | 1.00 cup, sliced
  • Raspberries, raw | 0.33 cup
  • Blueberries, raw | 0.33 cup
  • Blackberries, raw | 0.33 cup

Instructions

  1. Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Line baking sheet or tray with plastic wrap. Arrange banana in single layer on baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
  3. In a blender, combine yogurt, strawberries, mixed berries, honey(if desired), and banana. Cover and blend until smooth. If desired, top each serving with additional fresh berries.
