Ingredients

  • Bananas, raw | 1.00 small 6" to 6-7/8" long
  • Orange juice, raw | 1.00 cup
  • Raspberries, raw | 0.13 cup
  • Blackberries, raw | 0.13 cup
  • Low fat vanilla yogurt fortified | 3.00 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut banana into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Arrange banana in single layer on baking sheet (lined with plastic wrap). Cover with plastic wrap and then freeze until firm.
  3. Combine mixed berries, banana, orange juice and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve chill.
