Ingredients

  • Butter salted | 0.50 cup
  • Powdered sugar | 2.50 cup sifted
  • Egg, whole, raw | 2.00 medium
  • Bananas, raw | 1.33 cup, mashed
  • Wheat flour bleached | 4.00 cup
  • Low sodium baking powder | 2.50 tsp
  • Baking soda | 1.00 tsp
  • Macadamia nuts, raw | 1.00 cup, whole or halves
  • Cranberries, raw | 2.50 cup, whole
  • Salt | 2.00 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Mash bananas. Set aside.
  2. Take a bowl; cream butter, eggs and sugar. Add mashed bananas and beat. Sieve the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.
  3. Add the dry mixture to the creamed mix and beat together. Add nuts and cranberries with care, fold in the final mixture.
  4. Place into 2 greased loaf pans and bake for 65 minutes, then serve immediately
