Ingredients

  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 0.50 cup 8 fl oz
  • Apples, raw, with skin | 1.00 medium 3" dia
  • unsweetened canned apple juice | 1.00 cup
  • Plums, raw | 2.00 fruit 2-1/8" dia
  • Blackberries, raw | 0.75 cup
  • Quick Oats, Dry, cereal | 1.75 cup

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine apple juice and oatmeal. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Wash, core then grate the apple, pit then slice plums and set them aside.
  3. Stir yogurt and apples into the soaked oats then divide in four bowls equally.
  4. Top with plums and blackberries before serving.
