Ingredients

  • Beef, top round, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, braised | 1.00 piece, cooked, excluding refuse
  • White potatoes, raw | 8.00 potato medium 2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia
  • Onions raw | 3.00 cup, chopped
  • CAMPBELL'S Red and White, Beef Broth, condensed | 2.00 serving 1/2 cup
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Carrots, raw | 2.00 large 7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long
  • Mustard greens, raw | 1.00 cup, chopped

Instructions

  1. Partially freeze beef.
  2. Thinly slice across the grain into long strips, ¹/8-inch thick. Thoroughly coat strips with Hot ‘n Spicy Seasoning.
  3. Spray a large, heavy skillet (cast iron is good) with non-stick spray coating.
  4. Preheat pan over high heat.
  5. Add meat; cook, stirring for 5 minutes.
  6. Add potatoes, onion, broth, and garlic.
  7. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  8. Stir in carrots; lay greens over top and cook, covered, until carrots are tender (about 15 minutes).
  9. Serve in large serving bowl, with crusty bread.
