  • Cream cheese, low fat | 0.50 cup
  • Parsley, raw | 0.50 cup chopped
  • Spring onions | 2.00 medium 4-1/8" long
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Lemon juice, raw | 0.50 fl oz
  • Balsamic vinegar | 1.00 tbsp
  • Blue cheese | 0.75 cup, crumbled, not packed
  • Mayonnaise, with salt | 2.00 tbsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese, chopped parsley, chopped scallions, garlic, lemon juice and vinegar in a food processor; pulse until the mixture is fairly smooth, scraping down the sides once or twice.
  2. Add blue cheese, mayonnaise and pepper; pulse until smooth but still textured. (You don't want the dip to be too smooth. If it seems to need a little thinning, add a teaspoon or so of water.)
  3. Serve fresh enjoy with potato chips or tacos.
