Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and prepare the cake mixture by taking 1 1/2 recipe of Victoria Sandwich,
  2. In a greased and line 9 by 13 inches swiss roll pan, place the cake mixture and bake for 25 minutes on 350*F preheated oven, place out and let cool on a wire rack.
  3. Use Butter Icing Recipe, see the recipe and cover the whole cake completely, reserve 1/3 for piping. Add the reserved icing in a piping bag fitted with star-shaped nozzle, pipe gradually the cake edges.
  4. Place melted chocolate in a zip-lock bag and cut a small hole on the tip of the bag. Pipe to write your desired message onto the cake to resemble a book. Use ribbon down the middle of cake for book-mark. Serve this amazing cake to your loved ones.
