Ingredients

  • Bread crumbs, dry | 0.75 cup
  • Spices, onion powder | 1.00 tsp
  • Spices, basil, dried | 1.00 tsp, ground
  • Spices, garlic powder | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, paprika | 0.50 tsp
  • Egg, whole, raw | 1.00 medium
  • Drinking tap water | 1.00 tbsp
  • Skinless chicken wings, raw | 10.00 wing, bone and skin removed

Instructions

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the bread crumbs, onion powder, basil, garlic powder and paprika.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk egg and water. Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips. Dip wings in egg, then place in bag and shake to coat.
  3. Place in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once.
